Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Spinclass (the "App"), operated by Confetti Social Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Spinclass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Spinclass is a mobile application that provides users with access to automated spin class workouts. The App may offer a combination of free and paid features, including but not limited to curated workouts, scheduling tools, and performance tracking.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Spinclass. If you are under 18, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Subscription and Payment

Spinclass offers subscription-based services, which provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are available as in-app purchases through your Apple ID account and billed by Apple.

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Manage Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

We do not issue refunds for subscription periods already billed. For more information, see Apple’s terms regarding in-app purchases.

4. Health Disclaimer

Spinclass provides fitness content for general informational purposes only. Always consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You assume all risks associated with physical activity and release Confetti Social Inc. from any claims arising out of your use of the App.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

  • Share your account or access credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are the property of Confetti Social Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Spinclass at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may discontinue use of the App at any time and cancel your subscription through your App Store settings.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or results from using the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confetti Social Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App following the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
